CCC Online Registration 2023

Before filling out the Online Registration Application Form (ORAF) (ORAF), the applicant has to update his profile on student.nielit.gov.in. This is a one-time activity for CCC online form 2023 apply online . For CCC exam registration , the applicant should be ready with the following:

• Personal active Email ID of the applicant, not of the Institute - for validations and future correspondence.
• Personal active Mobile Number of the applicant, not of the Institute - for validations and future correspondence.
• Clearly scanned latest passport size photograph (3.5 cms x 4.5 cms), signature impression & LTI (Left Hand Thumb Impression); all in .jpeg format, size limited to 50 KB each.

CCC Online Form 2023: Applicant Type

• Fresh Applicant: If this applicant is not registered with NIELIT for any course (O/A/B/C) level, then this type of applicant is considered a fresh applicant.
• CCC Online Registered Applicant: If this applicant is already registered with NIELIT for any course (O/A/B/C) level, then this type of applicant is considered a Registered Applicant.

For Accredited Institute Applicants:

• After the final submission of CCC online registration 2023, the Institute will verify the applicants by selecting one level at a time using their login ID and Passwords.
• CCC form fees through the online payment option for one or multiple applicants (if the payment option selected is ‘Accredited Institute’).
• Online dispatch of the registration CCC application form 2023 to NIELIT.

CCC Application Form 2023 Dates

CCC form date are different for all the sessions. CCC online form 2023 last date is Sep 30, 2023, for Nov session. CCC application form 2023 for Dec will start from Oct 1, 2023.

CCC Application Form Account Activation

Process 1: Create your account please click on the New User at student.nielit.gov.in.

• Upon Successful completion, the user ID and password will be sent to the email address provided by you.
• You have to activate your account by clicking on the link provided at the bottom of the mail.
• Please note that activation of an account is mandatory to log into the online student information and enrolment system of NIELIT.
• Once an applicant fills all the fields of the online registration form can download their registration ID while using login. ID card link download is available at the bottom of the screen.

Applicant can use their CCC exam registration number as a user ID. To get the password, they have to fill in the mandatory fields available through the online portal.

Make sure that your details are displayed correctly and properly in CCC form apply . Please keep in mind that once you update the CCC online form 2023 details, it is not modifiable.

Step 1: Upload Photograph, Signature & LTI

Get the properly scanned images ready for uploading, and ensure that their size and format are as prescribed for CCC exam form 2023.

Step 2: Update your Mobile Number

The OTP number must correspond to the OTP reference number.

• Usually, the latest SMS is the valid one.
• Click on validate after putting the OTP number in the box.
• If you did not receive any SMS within a reasonable time, you may click on the resend button.

Step 3: Update your Correspondence Address Details

Do you want to change your correspondence address details? If you wish to continue.

• Please click on continue to update or else on cancel to go back to your profile.
• It will display the current details of your correspondence address in our records.
• You need to provide Address Line-1, City, District, State & PIN Code details to get it updated.
• Once you successfully update the correspondence address, go back to my dashboard.

Step 4: Update your Personal Details

• Here, it will display your details as available in our records.
• Either parent or guardian details have to be entered.
• It would be best if you went back to my dashboard.

Step 5: Lock Your Profile

If you find no pending profile notification, you are ready to lock your profile. Lock your profile only after ensuring that the details you have entered in your profile are correct and most current. Note that once you close the profile, you cannot modify it anymore.

• Further, you must lock your profile to apply for any NIELIT CCC online form.
• You may now close your profile by clicking on this link. It will display you a full-screen view of your profile.
• To the top right-hand side, you will get a “Lock Profile” button.
• Another page with a warning will be displayed, at the bottom of which you have to click the confirm lock button to confirm that the details entered are correct and ready for locking.
• Still, another message will ask you for confirmation.

CCC Login Information for Registered Applicant

Applicants have to first login into the system through the login ID and Password given to them.

• Then, they can apply for any course (O/A/B/C) level through the Apply For New Registration option within the Courses: - My Courses menu.
• In the courses menu, the current course status of an applicant is shown, and the status of previous courses is also shown.
• Accordingly, they can apply for the same level or any other level, excluding the courses whose registration status is completed.
• When the applicant applies for new registration, a message is shown to him that explains the current registration status and what will be the status of the applicant’s current registration after applying for the new registration, and all conditions are given.
• Accordingly, he can apply for new CCC exam registration.

How to Apply for Online Registration

• Step 1: To apply for the CCC online form course, first go to the bottom of this page and look for the apply online link at student.nielit.gov.in.
• Step 2: After selecting Apply Online, a new page will open where you may enter your information and apply.
• Step 3: CCC forms can be completed on both mobile and desktop devices.
• Step 4: There are a total of 08 components to fill out the CCC form, the specifics of which are provided below.

Steps to Proceed with CCC Application Form 2023

• Part 1: You will be asked whether you have previously applied for CCC or not; if you have, select Yes OR No.
• Part 2: Personal Information of the Applicant In this section, enter your name, father/mother's name, date of birth, and category information.
• Part 3: Contact Information In this section, you must provide your phone number and email address.
• Part 4: Address Specifics In this section, you must provide your complete address, including the state, city name, and zip code.
• Part 5: Educational and Qualification Information You must include information about your educational qualifications in this section.
• Part 6: Examining Specifics In this section, you must accept direct admission that you must select through the institute, as well as the month in which you must take the exam and the city of the exam.
• Part 7: Identification Particulars In this section, you must provide the Aadhar card number as well as upload a photo, signature, and thumb impression.
• Part 8: Declaration In this section, you must double-check all of your information and indicate that you accept any terms and conditions before submitting your application.

How to Fill NIELIT CCC Online Form 2023

Applicants can opt for the online mode for registering for any level of courses of NIELIT (O/A/B/C) by visiting NIELIT website nielit.gov.in or student.nielit.gov.in.

• After filling registration form, they can submit and verify their details and then finally submit the application form.
• Pay the CCC application fee of INR 590/-, your application will be complete, and you can print it or store it on your smartphone / PC.
• After submission of an application, the payment can be done through the payment options (CSC-SPV/Online) by the applicant.

Documents Required for CCC Online Form 2023

During the filling of the Online Registration Application Form (ORAF), the applicant will be required to submit/upload any of the following official IDs:

• Enrolment No. of UIDAI (EID) Bank A/c (Passbook with Photo)
• PAN Card
• Valid Passport
• Valid Driving License
• Valid Photo ID Card of Student Issued by School/College Authority
• Applicant needs to refrain from sending any documentary proof to NIELIT HQ in support of the information provided online in the Online Registration Application Form (ORAF).

NIELIT CCC Application Fee Payment

The application form would be considered valid by NIELIT only after receipt of the CCC registration fee and requisite documents, verification & online dispatch of the form, the application will be rejected or not considered for registration.

CCC Registration Fee Payment Procedures

While filling out the CCC application form 2023, the applicant can opt to pay the applicable fees themselves or opt that the accredited institute will pay the fee on their behalf.

• If the applicant has chosen to pay the fees themselves, they have many alternatives with different service charges available as under.
• It may be noted that the service charges are not included in the total CCC online form fees that were calculated during the filling of the form.
• It will be collected by the service provider separately from the applicant.

CCC Online Form Choice 1

Using the CSC-SPV Service In order to enhance the delivery of services to students and to increase the participation of Accredited Institutes, a MoU has been signed between NIELT and CSC–SPV. CSCs will henceforth offer different services by charging an amount for registration of students as follows:

• Applicants who desire to pay the fees through CSC may locate the CSC nearby by using the CSC Locator.
• They need to take with them the Demand Note Number provided during the Confirmation of Form.
• The CSC in-charge will collect the Total Fees (Registration Fee of INR 500/-) + applicable Service Charges.

CCC Online Form Choice 2

Through online payment service, applicants may also like to pay the fees using Online Payment Services i.e. through internet banking, using debit/credit card. The service provider will charge a transaction CCC form fee for every transaction as follows:

In addition to the above charges, GST as applicable (currently 18%) will be levied on the transaction fee.

CCC Online Form Choice 3

• Using NEFT/RTGS Applicant may also like to pay the fees using NEFT/RTGS, where the applicant has to pay a registration fee + bank charges (as per the bank’s guidelines).
• The validity period of registration Is 5 years or 10 consecutive examinations in case of ‘O’/’A’ Levels And 6 years or 12 consecutive examinations in case of ‘B’/’C’ Levels.

Conditions Applied for Registered Applicants

• If the applicant still needs to complete their current level, and the validity period of CCC 2023 registration is still valid. If they apply for enrollment in the same or another group, their current level registration would be cancelled and a fresh registration would be allotted.
• The credits obtained by him against the current cancelled CCC online registration will lapse for the purpose of completing the examination at the new level.
• If the applicant has completed their current level and they apply for registration in the next/higher level, their current level registration would be transferred to the next/more elevated level.
• The same registration number would be allotted, and the credits obtained by him against the current passed registration will be given to him for the purpose of completing the examination at the new level.
• Suppose the validity period of current level registration has expired and the applicant is in the grace period of re-registration (within one year after the expiry of the registration number).
• In that case, they will be eligible for re-registration at the same level with the same registration number.
• If the applicant has yet to pass all modules/papers/practicals/projects in the given validity period and their re-registration grace period is over.
• They apply for registration at the same level, their current registration number would be cancelled, and a fresh registration would be allotted.
• The credits obtained by him against the current cancelled registration due to the grace period of re-registration are over. They will lapse for the purpose of completing the examination at the new level.
• If the applicant has passed all modules/papers/practicals/projects in the last exam attempted by him and applies for registration in the next or higher level, their current level registration would be transferred to the next higher level, and the same registration number would be allotted.
• The credits obtained by him against the current passed registration will be given to you for the purpose of completing the examination at the new level.
• If the applicant has completed the highest level, then they can not apply for new registration as there is no new level.
• If the applicant has yet to pass all modules/papers/practicals/projects in the current level and applies for the next/another level, their current registration number would be cancelled.
• Fresh CCC exam registration will be allotted, and the credits obtained by you against the current cancelled registration will lapse for the purpose of completing the examination at the new/next level.
• Second-time re-registration is not permitted.

CCC Online Form 2023 Re-Registration

Applicants who couldn’t clear the level within the stipulated time can re-register once at the same level for another full term (i.e., 5 years for O/A level and 6 years for B/C levels) to clear the remaining modules (theory/practical/project, etc.) by applying Online Re-Registration Application Form and fee for re-registration (INR 750) within one year after the expiry of the validity period of existing registration.
